Pay for your energy efficiency upgrades with online earnings

Traffic has grown by 20% or more per month, and income by a similar amount once I turned on the money tap in October 2008. Green Energy Efficient Homes is already in the top 1% of all sites worldwide in terms of daily visitor traffic. And I've built it in my spare time. I find time to write a few pages of content each week to drive more visitors to my site.

You could be doing something similar - earning enough cash, within a few months of starting your own website, to pay for the energy upgrade you've been putting off. Enough to quit your day job, a few months after that. All it takes is a topic you care passionately about - a hobby, an area of expertise, a pet peeve, a favorite vacation spot - and the right tools.
